The Hartsville Water Department is located in downtown Hartsville, 210 Broadway at the Town Hall Building. For your convenience, we are open Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. We have a drive-thru window and a night deposit box for easy customer access. Visa and MasterCard are now being accepted! These credit or debit cards can be used at our drive-up window, in our lobby, or over the phone as a form of payment. |
